The ground floor flat required an extension at the rear to improve the sitting facility and relocate the kitchen. While the builders were working in the house the owner decided that the conservatory had to be improved and a new timber structure replaced the existing upvc fitting with the upgraded environment. The entire flat was up lifted improving not only the standard but the value of it.
