The house had an extension at the rear ground floor to enlarge the kitchen. The roof of he extension is carried out in glass to allow the maximum light but because is between the wall of ht property and the wall of adjoining building heat gains are minimised. This lets the room to be bright and inviting as shown on the photographs.
The house was fully refurbished and had a loft conversion. The photograph shows the en-suite shower to the loft room. It was done in black slate, white walls and stainless steel sanitary fittings achieving the maximum effect.
At ground level the house had an open plan reception and dining and at first floor it has a designed and purpose built large-size bath tiled in mosaics, at first floor level. The plumbing was suitably adapted to accommodate the requirements.
