A terrace of 6 listed buildings on King's Street, Covent Garden, with the ground floor and basement housing currently Moss Bros.
The building had to undergo refurbishment by schedule, where the floors had to be strengthened by inserting steel beams supporting floors whilst the cornices had to remain in place by order of the English Heritage and conservation planners.
The original panelling in several of the rooms stayed hidden for a long time under layers of hessian and wallpaper. The panels were revealed and enhanced to create effective finishes to the rooms. The building provided valuable office accommodation in pristine condition.
