This was an industrial unit that acquired planning permission to be converted into two residential units. The units were one studio flat on the ground floor, and with the addition of another floor level, a two bedroom maisonette with a rear balcony. The modern interior with the stark colours features a Minoan column and a glass-and–steel stairs leading to the upper floor of the maisonette. The open spaces were bright and spacious within its simple arrangement. |
